How long does my VADANZ membership last?
VADANZ membership runs for 12 months from the date you join or renew.
Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless you cancel it before your renewal date.
How does automatic renewal work?
When your membership is due for renewal, the payment method you originally used to join VADANZ will be charged automatically.
You do not need to complete a new membership application each year.
What happens if my renewal payment doesn’t go through?
If your renewal payment is unsuccessful, the system will make up to three attempts to charge your saved payment method.
If payment is still unsuccessful after the third attempt, your membership will be canceled.
What happens if my membership is canceled?
If your membership is canceled, you can join VADANZ again at any time.
If you sign up again using the same email address, your new membership will be linked with your existing VADANZ account. You won’t need to create a completely separate account.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership before your next renewal if you don not want it to renew automatically.
Cancelling you membership stops the next automatic renewal payment. Your existing membership will remain subject to the membership period you have already paid for.
